Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse - Roseville: An Unforgettable Dining Experience

Our server Selena was absolutely amazing. One of the best service experiences we’ve had. The food quality was equally as good. My only complaint was that the people coming around with meat were a little slow but again the quality was amazing. Desert was definitely the icing on the cake. I had a Cheesecake Brûlée. Yup torched cheesecake. Amazing!! My finance had the tees leches cake which was also amazing.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Fogo de Chão! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Liam and Thomas truly stood out—they were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Their excellent customer service made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of perfectly cooked meats and a well-stocked Market Table full of fresh and flavorful sides. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for a special night out. Highly recommend, especially if you're lucky enough to have Liam and Thomas taking care of you!

Went here for the first time and the service here is phenomenal! You are constantly being catered to by all staff and they are super friendly. And the food was all superb and beyond delicious. Can't wait to go back.

If you order the full churrasco menu, you can pretty much eat as much as you want and leave completely full. From the first cheese bake to the rest of the dishes, everything tasted fresh and was very satisfying. Honestly, the salad bar alone is enough to fill you up and is packed with tasty options. The flow of the meat service was a little slow at times, but our server, Armando, went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted. He was constantly checking in and bringing food from the kitchen based on my requests. He left a great impression — plus, he’s a really good-looking guy, so I’d recommend asking for him by name. Armando also recommended two special sauces. They go really well even with meats you might not normally like, so I suggest asking for them before you order. For the quality, taste, and amount of food you get, the price feels very reasonable.

Fogo de Chao in Roseville is a fantastic experience. It is perfect for parties of all sizes. I came in a party of three and we simple had the salad bar and the seafood tower. It was 105°F so we wanted something a little lighter. The quality of everything was really good. Chloe, our server made the entire experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and professional. Swing by when you have a chance!

Service: Alex and Luciana were amazing and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Food: The food was delicious, my favorite was the salad bar and my husband loved the meat options! In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom needs a little cleaning (paper towel in sink) and the booth was dirty when I was about to sit down but I wiped it with my napkin. Another mishap was when my husband and I went to the salad bar and came back with our tables cleared out- they took our beers, waters, cheese bread, mashed potatoes, sauces, and fried banana plate. Alex was kind enough to replace them all. Overall, would come back for the service and food.

Mason was our server and from the time we walked in to the end of our meal it was phenomenal service. He had excellent tableside manner a true gentleman! We had the full churrasco for my birthday and it was just delicious the best cuts of meat delicious sides the whole 9!
